Conferences and Seminars can range from a simple ‘one man and his soap box’ to a full spectacular production.  At innovation, we have created three ‘off the shelf’ conference packages, which allow even the most budget conscious to stage impressive presentations.

Key Conference Package
Our Key Conference Pack is designed for smaller conferences with around 80 delegates in attendance.  A 6’ x 4’ front or rear projection screen is housed in a smart felt surround with a complimentary lectern.  Simple yet effective sound and lighting systems ensure that presenters are clearly seen and heard.  The services of a professional av technician are provided to ensure smooth running of the conference.

Focus Conference Package - RECESSION BUSTING OFFER
The Focus Conference Package is based around a 22ft wide by 11ft high set, with a 9 ’x 6’ 9" rear projection screen, and has been designed for presentations to around 150 delegates.  This pack includes the use of a notebook pc, dvd and music playback, and a sound/vision mixer to allow for smooth transitions between video sources.  A technician remains on site to offer support and to press buttons for the duration of the event.

Revere Conference Package
Designed for larger conferences, the Revere Conference Package incorporates a 34ft wide by 12ft high felt set with a 10’ x 7.5’ screen.  Lighting is provided by a combination of generic and intelligent luminaries to create a high impact visual presence.  A powerful 3500 lumen projector is fed via a vision mixer by a notebook pc and multi region dvd playback deck.  Combine this equipment with three technicians, and you are sure to create a lasting impression.
